Do you need to discuss something?

You can arrive anytime from 15:00 onwards, self check-in via a lockbox will be ready for you. As for the check-out, by 11:00 is requested. If you want to arrive earlier or stay longer, I'll be happy to accommodate your requirements if possible. 

For a close family, i.e. two adults and children.  

With young children, unplanned situations arise, which can of course put a damper on your plans. Since Mazlinkov is one apartment and not a big hotel, I need a solution that will be a compromise for both parties.

If you cancel at least 30 days in advance, we will arrange a new date which will be no later than 6 months from the date of the original stay.
For cancellations between 30 and 7 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50%.
For cancellations less than one week in advance, the cancellation fee is 100%.

Cancellations must be made by email. 

Please do not bring your pets to Mazlinkov. Many children deal with allergies and even with extra cleaning I could not guarantee a safe and clean environment for everyone. Exceptions are of course granted to assistant dogs and guide dogs.

As an industrial ecologist, this aspect is important to me. Floors are steam-cleaned, we use certified, environmentally friendly products, ideally of natural origin. Likewise, the guest soaps are made from all-natural cosmetics.

Yes, this is the primary mission of the apartment. I designed all furniture to be as round as possible, there is an anti-slip mat in the bathtub, sharp knives are placed in the highest drawers of the kitchen, the apartment is on the ground floor, so there is no risk of falling out of the window or balcony, I painted all furniture with paints certified for children 0-3 years. 

Yes, I believe I equipped the kitchen with everything you'd expect. You can find a list of the main features in the About section. A few other items and I can think of are: a grater, steamer, can opener, scraper, foil, whisk... Little things like garbage bags or sponges are of course available, too. 

The apartment is located on the ground floor, without stairs. The bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. I will be happy to discuss your specific needs individually. 

Mazlinkov is designed for family cuddling, i.e. co-sleeping on a large family bed. You won't find separate cots here.

The closest one to us is Lidl, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A short drive away you will find Kaufland, Globus, Norma. Ostrov has its own hospital, there is another one in Karlovy Vary. Restaurants and cafes are in the historical centre, about 10min walk from Mazlinkov. Rohlik.cz as well as local pizzerias offer delivery of groceries and food, respectively.
